3995 Hz (Bo Wang) is a composer and sound artist educated in China and Germany. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Nanjing University of the Arts, then studied voice and piano at the Detmold University of Music. He completed a Master’s (Diplom) in Electronic Composition at the Institute for Computer Music and Electronic Media (ICEM) of the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and later specialized in sound design at HOFA College. His works combine electronic composition, spatial sound, and neuroscience-inspired concepts to explore perception, resonance, and consciousness.
3995 Hz（王 波） 是一位作曲家与声音艺术家，先后在中国与德国接受音乐教育。他毕业于南京艺术学院音乐教育专业（学士），随后在德国代特莫尔德音乐学院学习声乐与钢琴。之后在埃森富克旺根艺术大学电子媒体与计算机音乐研究所（ICEM）取得电子作曲硕士（Diplom）学位，并于 HOFA College 深造声音设计。他的创作融合电子作曲、空间声音与神经科学理念，探索感知、共振与意识的边界。
